David Arnall
David is your first point of contact with the Three Pigs team. In a friendly discussion with you he will assist in determining the scope of the project. David is a qualified draftsman and has the capacity to turn your ideas into working drawings. His design qualification enables him to put a wide range of creative options to you for consideration and he will walk you through the modification process until the desired outcome is achieved. As the builder David liaises with all relevant local authorities on the particulars of your project and attains the appropriate planning and building permits.
Robert, Ross and Sam
The two sons Robert and Ross, together with our best mate Sam, form the principle working team of qualified builders. All three have a sound knowledge of the individual elements of building and together share the responsibility of making your project a reality. On each worksite the Three Pigs team operates with the highest level of workmanship and efficiency. In regards to renovations, they endeavour to complete the work with the least amount of disruption to your current lifestyle. Furthermore, the safety of everyone involved on the site remains a key priority and there is a strict adherence to Occupational Health and safety guidelines.
Cathy McHenry
Cathy (daughter) is the friendly voice that will greet you on the telephone. Cathy regularly monitors each project and is therefore able to keep you informed of all progress made. She maintains the relevant records and files throughout the building contract, and ensures that Three Pigs business procedures and policies are current and reflect our dedication to professional building practice. Cathy is the critical conduit that enables smooth and effective communication between all parties.
Julie Arnall
Julie is the mother of all the little pigs and responsible for ensuring that they are fed. Therefore, she is the family member looking after the financial aspects of the business and the one responsible for the issuing of invoices for each stage of a building project that is undertaken.
